You can import your basket from Smallcase to Starfolio by following these steps:
Step 1: Click on the ‘Import Basket’ button on Starfolio's navigation bar.
Step 2: A pop-up window will appear, where you can enter the name of the basket you wish to import.
Step 3: In the next step, choose the broker already connected to your Starfolio account from the dropdown menu. This should be the broker you used to buy the basket on Smallcase. If you have not connected this broker to your Starfolio account yet, click on the ‘Connect Broker’ button to link your broker.
If the broker is not available on Starfolio yet, you will not be able to import your basket. Currently, Starfolio partners with Zerodha, Angel One, IIFL Securities, 5Paisa, Motilal Oswal, and Fyers. If your broker is on this list, continue with the import process.
Step 4: As a next step, click on the ‘Sample CSV - Smallcase’ button.
A pop-up window with guidelines on importing the basket will appear, as shown below.
Step 5: After uploading the formatted CSV, your imported basket will reflect on the ‘Active Investments’ page in just a few minutes. You can also find this imported basket order on the ‘My Orders’ page. Your basket import from Smallcase is now complete. You can invest more in this basket through the connected broker.
