How can I view my partially filled or failed orders?
To view and repair your partially filled or failed orders on Starfolio, follow these steps:
Go to the ‘My orders’ page and choose the order you want to repair.
You can identify these orders by their status marked as 'Failed’ or ‘Partially filled’.
Click on the ‘View Details’ button.
Now, you have two options to fix a partially filled or failed order: ‘Manual Repair’ and ‘Retry Failed Trades’.
How can I repair an order that was traded directly on the broker platform?
If you have already executed the failed order on the broker platform, select ‘Manual Repair’.
Now, add the average traded price, and specify the quantity for the stock on the pop-up window before clicking ‘submit’. Average traded price is the price at which you bought or sold the stock via the broker platform. This will fix the basket, and your invested basket will include this stock with the buy or sell price you entered.
How can I retry failed orders on Starfolio?
